Pastor Joyce Ofei, who is a top notch Grasscutter Farmer and a Master Trainer in Profitable Domesticated Grasscutter Production & Marketing, is the Founder and President of the JOYCE-GIWU GRASSCUTTER FARMS & TRAINING CENTRE.
Pastor Joyce also holds the following certificates: Master Trainer in Domesticated Grasscutter Production & Marketing-Ghana & Benin; Diploma in Theology & Ministerial Studies–Victory Int. Bible Sch; Leadership Skills-Word of Faith Bible Inst; Management Studies-Leadership Dev. Inst; Trainer of Trainers in Empowerment of Women-UNDP; Managerial Leadership Skills for Women-MDPI; Effective Management for Executive & Personal Assistants-GIMPA; Global Urban Agriculture Symposium-Heifer Int. USA. A professional secretary with 35yrs working experience.
She is also the President of GIWU Performing Arts Academy (A Christian Drama Ministry). |
The JOYCE-GIWU GRASSUTTER FARMS & TRAINING CENTRE has been approved by Ministry of Food & Agriculture as a Model Training Centre for Grasscutter Production and Marking.
We have a Modern Training Centre, a Farm and Fodder Bank to facilitate our one-stop special hands-on practicals for our trainees.
We also have top notch Resource Persons who handle various aspects of the training sessions.
We train prospective farmers and set them up with genetically improved breeds of grasscutters and cages; and also organize special courses for grasscutter farmers (e.g. introduction of farmers to proper farm management and formal banking practices) in the grasscutter production business.
The training sessions are held in the conducive atmosphere lecture hall of the Training Centre.
The duration for the course is five (5) days for non-workers and three (3) days for workers with the same course content.
Arrangements could be made to train your selected beneficiaries in any Community/District/ Constituency of the ten regions in Ghana.
